They have not Customer service at all

I submitted a claim with the above company on . MONDAY. Tuesday I called and was told no the docs will be runnduring the course of the day and I will get an sms that day or the following morning. The Wednesday afternoon nothing. So I called again just in case I was told docs will only be run that day I will receive sms same way LOL. Today I called spike to Sikheti and she said no nothing shows on their system and nothing done I must wait docs must still run. I work in claims myself and know you cannot wait 4 to 5 days to process claims documents. A friend of mine logged a case in Feb to date nothing from them. These companies think we dumb why are they taking so long to process. People please be careful they are not as sufficient as their name makes it to be.
