They don't care, Stay away!!

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing issues regarding my access to funds that I worked hard for and invested in this company. I feel that the customer service agents are not providing any meaningful assistance.

I have several concerns:

- **Thlolani Khutso**: I am still awaiting the feedback you promised on Monday. You indicated that you would call me before the end of the day, yet I have received no communication.

- **Anita**: Unfortunately, I do not have your last name, but I have only received empty promises with no updates. You mentioned escalating my concerns to your team leader since last Monday, but I have yet to hear back.

- **Mhlanga T**: While I cannot recall your full name, I was frustrated when I was disconnected while inquiring about the timeline for resolving my issue.

- **Kopano Boshomane**: I am still waiting for an update after our conversation with the technical team five months ago.

I could mention more examples, but my primary request is simply to convert my provident account to active status so that I can access my funds. Is this possible? If not, please transfer all my funds to my account, as I currently do not have access to the portal to check if my funds are still there.
