They change the Will and paid the pension to someone else

My aunt passed away on 19 December 2017.She was working for Standard bank as an consultant..She left a Will for her beneficiaries.Then we have to claim the pension fund to Alexander Forbes .We submitted everything they wanted and the lady who is a consultant did the interview telephonically.Then we've waited for them to call.ALEXANDER FORBES CHANGE THE WILL and payed the money to two beneficiaries and the third one was taken out of the WILL and they paid the money to someone else .And the money that they paid to these people is not even the quarter of the amount that we know or that we've been told about.We tried to report the matter to Ombudsman,they never helped us .We wanted to know why they change that Will, instead they were very rude with us ,one of the ladies dropped the phone instead of giving us answers.Alexander Forbes ****** us...Zimasa
