They cannot be reached

I have been trying to change my banking details for my pension. I sent them an email two weeks ago with no response. When you contact their contact number I am unable to speak to a consultant till my airtime runs out. Asked my daughter to send them an inbox on their social media platforms they are not responding. My pension date is approaching and I am not able to change my banking details. very poor service.
