The worst service ever received
I have recently launched a complaint on Alexander Forbes on Hello Peter. We have been struggling to withdraw my provident fund. The call center and website is useless. A few minutes after launching the complaint, Alexander Forbes rep**** they are looking into the complaint. Guess what, no reply. Hello Peter, to which higher body can we forward this complaint.is there a specific ombudsmen that apply here? Please advice
