The worst service ever

Horrible service. I made sure to submit all my necessary documents in time for my claim when I was leaving my employer. I added payment details properly as they were prepopulated from my two pot claim but after waiting for 12 days the payment timer reset back to zero days. I called them and they told me that they tried making a payment but it rejected so I need to send them my ID and bank statement to wait another 5 - 10 working days. I think this is total BS and these guys will do anything to withhold your funds. Do not budget with your funds from these people because they do not want to pay out. You can see that from when you are making the claim, the put so many walls around to prevent you from claiming. I was about to continue to use them after switching employers but thank god they showed their true colours. Horrible! would not recommend at all.
