The worst Financial Service provider perhaps in the world

Firstly I wish I could rate less than zero.

In short: Worst company to ever cross my path. Have been trying to get a clients pension payout since July 2020. He has sent the same form three times, been to the Stellenbosch offices. Phoned several times. Dismal service and he has still not received a cent after being promised his money by December. Will be making a case at SAPS for theft tomorrow. How must he survive with no pension payout and retrenchment since April 2020.

PS: I’ve been told the Ombudsman is aware and has complaints. I would recommend your so called “Operations Director and the diligent directors” make a statement and public apology for having people go hungry and not be able to even purchase food in a time that healthcare is critical.
