The worst experience ever

I have been trying to get my claimdocuments paid out since April 2019 first they said SARS declined the claim, I went to sars was advised that is not true.I contacted the company again and they said they working on it, there was silence till they called me at the start of the year. Requesting documents I had already sent more than 4 times. I sent the documents again then silence again. I requested a call back on their facebook inbox and got an email with a complain number. Will I ever get my money? Will I ever get a call from someone from Alexander Forbes who can actually assist? Nobody knows The worst experience ever.
