The Service was Appalling

Good Day<br> I'm so disappointed in the service that I received from Alexander Forbes regarding my Provident Fund.Firstly when I call their call center they put me on hold for more the 20 minutes and when the agent comes back they don't have any answers whatsoever.Been waiting for my money since last year October.I have a family to take care of and no one seems to know how to do their job.Sent an email last week and got a call promising me that I'll get my money on Monday,48 hrs later still nothing I had to use my resources and call them spoke to Tinyinko who couldn't help and gave the phone to his Team Leader Sultana Shaik who also couldn't help. I hope this is seen by their CEO so that he can know how the employees treat their clients.
