The most pathetic service ever!!
I have been trying for 6 months to finalise a claim!!! Total incompetence from such a well.know major company. It takes more than a week before a reply is received from an e mail. You need to address the pathetic service your are providing......your company appears to be on level 5 lockdown permanently.
