The expected level of incompetence

SARS is rejecting my tax return because Alexander Forbes messed up. Now I'm going to have to try and find a phone number at Alexander Forbes (not on their website) and spend hours on the phone to try and sort this out, since their official "contact us" channels don't seem to be manned. I wish I could just go to Home Affairs to sort this out - would be easier.
