Thandi Nyilika
Your broker Thandi Nyilika is useless. No feedback, no resolution on queries after 3 weeks and countless emails. I have asked her for her managers details so they can assist but she just ignores me. Can someone from your company just help me? Its not even a difficult issue.

20 Dec 2019, 00:29So Portia called and again spun me the biggest tall story I ever heard. I must admit she had me fooled as she sounded like she was actually going to resolve this for me. But that was not to be. Now she has gone on leave. I have been struggling with this for a month now. Can someone else call me and have a go at my issue. I promise its not that hard. If not I will email Dawie de Villiers directly.
