Terrible with feedback

So i decided to respond to a call from government for x-miners claim, I submitted the documents in 2015 on behalf of my dad who passed away in 1987 and I would call on quartely basis for feedback , and two responses i get everytime.." Please resend the documents" OR " we are still waiting for feedback from Administrators". So today 18/08/2017 i called again , and likewise I was advised to resend the "Letter of authority that request the fund value" note, the letter was sent to them in September 2015 so i did resend the letter.

As i am writing this I am thinking of the widows of these x-mine workers situated in the rural areas with no access to email and little access to telephone if they are going through to what I am going through.

Hi Bengy Marais I am not sure what kind people are employed by A Forbes but they sure know how to pick them. Yesterday I recieved an email advising that the "Administrators" are still waiting for the same documents that i had previously mentioned that they were sent to you guys in 2015. God what kind of business are you running there, is your intention to frustrate your clients so that we give up and you keep our fathers/husband's/grandparent's hard earned money to yourselves . I can promise you , I wont give up on my father's money and you will pay it even if its R50. you will pay it. Advise or train your staff to investigate the matter and not reply for the sake of providing feedback. They must go through the 2015 emails i sent , they will find the documents my email then starts with **********
