Terrible terrible service

I am absolutely irritated at this point . So about 3 weeks ago I started emailing them with regards to my claim , up until today I have had no one call me back . So when I checked my details and fund values on the app it said there claim pending and still after a week no payment . With still no response to my MANY emails , I ended up calling them and was told to resend my docs as the payment didn't go through due to my bank details ..... okay fine I resend my docs I call back and waiting on the line for 25 odd min and no respond so i ended the cal , i email again and still ntn . So a day later i call back and get told that the docs are there and will be processed . I tried calling today to find out about progress on my claim and and ended the call after being on hold for over 35min . I am so disappointed, absolutely terrible.
