Terrible service rendered,Please be careful of this ****s

I have worked for Cashbuild group(Supplier of building material and hardware) from 13/03/2005 till 28/06/2008 as Sales Assistant (employee number- ********** ).I was contributing towards pension fund since inception till unfair dismissal.I have submitted the claim through Cashbuild head office since 2008 and nothing was paid till to date.I have spoken to Gavin Brown(Cashbuild-HR Officer)and Ndivhudzanny Tshamano (Alexander Forbes -Consultant) whom sent me back and forth without tangible.Alexander Forbes told that I should contact the company which refer me back to Alexander forbes.I fail to understand why it took so many years to pay claim 10 years later.
