Terrible service from Alexandria Forbes
Horrible and pathetic service from your institution. My husband is waiting patiently for his monies to be paid out, yet every call we make makes us more frustrated. There are endless mistakes regarding his payout. The wrong ID number was used! This is the 3rd Monday and yet again more excuses. We require the money urgently to make ends meet. Come on guys have a heart and take people's claims seriously.
