Terrible Service from Alexander Forbes Insurance

The worst service ever, been insured for 20 years and never claimed. We had a massive storm that flooded our home destroying ceilings and cupboards and 2 weeks later after logging a request, no call back or any assistance provided it's been storming over this period so we have been trying to self repair but I actually can't believe that this is the service we received after all these years. I would like to change insurers after this! Hope my review prevents most from using this service provider
