Terrible service

Terrible service I have been requesting my rax certificate and this keeps getting mailed to the wrong email address not the one they have on my profile so am not sure who is getting my documents it's worrying .been calling and am not getting help being sent from pillar to pillar..am wondering is our information safe with you
