terrible service.
Terrible service held 2 hours because even when you ask for a call back they either don’t call back or just ring the phone once . I have been trying to see how much I have on my savings pot to withdraw but their system is not allowing me. They knew they were going to receive high volumes but they are not prepared,such terrible service for a giant like Alex Forbes.
