Terrible service
If I could give zero stars I would. What an appallingly terrible company, I don't know why big corporates still use their services.
I have been waiting for my pension fund transfer for almost two months now. I'm not sure if I need to show up at their head office to be assisted but this is really unacceptable. At this point AlexForbes is holding on to my money against my will.
A name change and new leadership have done nothing for this company, the quality is still in the gutter.
For anyone who is considering moving to AlexForbes. Don't. It's not worth it.
