Terrible service!

Terrible service from Alexander Forbes. I recently changed employers and I was informed by my previous employer that Alex Forbes will assist with my provident/retirement funds process. After numerous calls and emails, I am now being told that Alex Forbes have no record of me, despite escalating this matter to different consultants and my previous employer. How is it that you have no records of me when I have received communication from the company? I need to understand this...
