Terrible Service and Misleading Timelines
Does anyone ever get a response from Alexander Forbes ?
I have been sending emails, trying to call the call center and there's just no response from Alexander Forbes. I need to check on the progress of my claim which I was told would be paid between 2 to 6 weeks and its been over 7 weeks. Now I'm extra worried when I read the other complaints that people are sitting for months and some even years without their payouts 😳
