TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
My claim was submitted on the 9th of September till today I am still waiting for payment,I was asked to send My Id copy ,bank statement and which I did send immediately however I am still waiting,I am so disappointed at the service it's very horrible the people I claimed with have received their payment even those that claimed days later what's even WORSE on their AF website it only shows claim registration, when you call through to their customers service you hold for hours with no reply, This is extramely horrible to NO COMMUNICATION
