Terrible service
I have reported a claim with Alexander forbes for small dent in August and till today my claim is not resolved. spoke to their advisors who in turn referred me to someone at smartuma (Yolandi) initially they sent me wrong repairer details. I have made numerous follow ups then they refereed me to get a quote which I did however no comprehensive response even today. THIS IS PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEASE. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH A TERRIBLE SERVICE IN MY LIFE
