Terrible service
I honestly have never been so frustrated to get my own money from my tax free account. Firstly everything is so manual Glacier partners gets to your form when they feel like it. Se t sn instruction 02 May, today is 09 May and still mo funds. I make constant follow ups but little to no response. I even sent an email inquiring how I can close my account....still no response
