Terrible service

Since November 2021 I have been waiting for my provident fund claim. I have send multiple emails (over 20) to which I get no response. I have phoned multiple times and every time I speak to someone they say its the first time I have contacted them. I ask them every single time please keep me updated on the progress to no avail. I am so disappointed ad angry by their terrible service. Do not use this company.
