Terrible service

Terrible service, I have requested assistance through the site, app and email to the point where I decided to call ...R250 later of airtime spent with no answer for multiple calls I tried to make and no response to any of my emails, I am trying to find out the progress of my provident fund withdrawal and funny enough ever since I submitted for withdrawal I have never seen my provident fund decrease in value as fast as it has now like what the hell can someone please get back to me as I'm getting more and more frustrated everyday
