Terrible Provident Fund Payout

<p>nAfter hunting down the process from the start. Following the system and after making 8 calls for the past month, I still don't have a answer as to how much and when the payment will be made. When I phone they give me a story and when my wife call they have a different story. It was even marked as urgent and a month later, I'm still waiting for the funds to be paid out. To be exact, it's been 6 weeks. I'm not sure where this company is going with this service but one thing is for sure I'm not promoting this company. When you call, you just know you not going to get service and the worse is that nobody cares. When you in a service environment, you must care.
