Terrible Experience! Absolutely no communication

Money is a very personal thing to deal with. And it becomes a very big concern where nobody gets back to you with something so simple, like following up on a withdrawal claim. I have been calling and sending messages, and have received absolutely no response. Can somebody please help me and answer my questions I have??
