Terrible customer service with retirement withdrawel funds

Bad experience with my claim *** with my retirement withdrawal, my claim was sent and processed on the 11March 2022 still getting a run around and different stores daily that I opted to keep the funds invested which I did not and I then refilled the the withdrawal Form and resent it requesting to withdraw on the 03_05_2022 iwas told it is with tax directive I need to call back in 48 hours called on the 6th to be called it was never processed for tax mind I was also promised it being processed as an emergency claim why the run around and different stories daily
