Terrible Customer Service
I can’t believe the level of incompetence. For such a huge organisation they sure run their business like a ****a shop. Upon getting withdrawal I was informed by SARS that they never filed with SARS therefore there’s no tax certificate. This case has been going on since 2022. SARS has issued a penalty. I get debited by SARS because of this… I have sent complaints made calls, all I get is silence treatment.
