Terrible Customer Service

I am a registered client through my employer for retirement fund. Now that the tax year is over, I tried to get a projection statement from Alexander Forbes. I called their customer service line. I called 3 days in a row and I was holding for a consultant for more than an hour till I gave up. On all occasions I did not receive the help I require. Now I'm stuck and can't submit my tax returns and I no longer have airtime nor the mkney to hold for another hour. Terrible service. 3 hours plus with of airtime wasted over nothing.
