Terrible administration and customer experience!

Made an adhoc request for payment of transport for my son and in the past 3 months the payments haven't been consistent.There's no communication unless you call them, even so you struggle to be assisted. With every interaction I request an update of my information, which they always say it'll be amended, only to find with the next phone call that the details still remain the same. If I had an option to move to another trust i would, we are being made to plead for these funds and treated like beggars!!
