Tax Free Savings withdrawal not actioned

I always perceived AF to be one of the better financial service providers and I could never understand the low rating on HelloPeter. It is now clear to me, since I also experience a total lack of response or service. Circumstances forced me to request a withdrawal from my Tax Free Savings Account. Given that there is nothing for AF to consider, I am merely requesting some of my own funds to be paid out, I expected a quick turnaround time. My expectations are being proven most optimistic and definitely not in line with the level of service I associated with AF. After three weeks, numerous e-mails and submission of the request for withdrawal on more than one occasion, I just end up with no indication on progress. Maybe I completed the form incorrectly, but then I would at least expect someone to inform me. The certified documents need to be no older than 3 months. I suppose the process will take so long, I eventually will be asked for new certified documents. It is a pity that I can now confirm that clients are not important to AF, despite all responses on HelloPeter starting with those very words. AF should only use these words if their actions support it. I know now not to recommend AF or continue doing any business with them.
