Tax free cancellation and refund
I have sent several emails to request for this tax free savings account to be cancelled and my funds be credited back to me. Withdrawal and cancellation notice was sent on the 9 March 2022 till to this day we have not received any response or acknowledgment that form has been received account funds will be released on this date and that no further deductions will be done via payroll. Is this how you conduct business by not responding back to your customers? I need urgent feedback regarding this matter on account for ***
