Tax directive Preventing me from submitting Return

I am currently busy with Efilling and SARS advised that Alexander Forbes hasnt submitted a tax directive or application for my provident fund . Eveytime i contact Alexander Forbes I get advised that this was done . No one wants to contact SARS and sort this out . The tax certificate is not enough at this stage because the provident fund is not even reflecting in my sars return . I need somene to call me and take ownership in resolving this querry till completion .
