Tax Directive issue

I have been trying to resolve my tax filing which is blocked by a tax directive from AlexForbes for the third time now and the only time they reach out is when I review on hellopeter and the they promise to call me back and never return or resolve my issue.

Now the issue is affecting my filing for 2022 and I owe for 2021.
