Tax Certificate run around

I called the call centre to request my Tax certificate for my provident fund that i withdrew last year August and i spoke to Ndivhudzannyi Tshamano who put me on hold for a long time and came back to me to tell me that he will call me back. <br> <br> He called back and told me that Alexander forbes doesn't have my tax certificate i must contact my previous employer. I contacted them and they refer me back to Alexander forbes. i called again to the cape town office and the unprofessionalism that i got was unacceptable, i spoke to 2 ladies and they couldn't assist. they put me on hold until i put my phone down. At SARS they said i must contact alexander forbes for the Tax certificate number *** . <br> <br> How can Alexander forbes tell me that they don't have my Tax certificate without a valid explanation. I want to do my filling and this delay will cause me some unnecessary penalties. Tell me who i should call then i will do that.
