Tax certificate request

Are there any consultants available? I need my tax certificate to submit my tax return. My employer provided me with a contact number & I also tried ***. It gives options to request documents or tax certificates via FAX, yes FAX. When I select any other option I keep getting the automated message that an agent will in touch shortly. Later, I was given the option of a callback, I entered my ID number & contact number only to be surprised each time the call dorps just after entering these details. The above refers to several attempts & not just a one time occurrence.
