I invest through various companies(6 in total) Alexander Forbes is the ONLY company that does not automatically provide tax certificates for Retirement Annuity

Why is it battle to provide a tax certificate EVERY YEAR?

ALL the other ones does, on time and you can even go and download it It is the responsibility of the tax payer to SARS that (although automatically pulled in from Alexander Forbes into SARS) that the information is correct and the only way is through a tax certificate
