tax certificate

Are there any consultants available? I need my tax certificate to submit my tax return. My employer provided me with a contact number. It gives options to request documents or tax certificates then it asks me to punch in my ID number of which i did the it takes me to the automated messages. When I select any other option I keep getting the automated message that an agent will in touch shortly. Later, I was given the option of a callback, I entered my ID number & contact number only to be surprised each time the call drops just after entering these details. The above refers to several attempts & not just a one time occurrence.
