Taking to long to pay over pension to Alan Gray. Leaving a pensioner in dire straits.
I am leaving this complaint on behalf of my friend. ELSIE Joubert. Previously Pienaar. She went on pension in fevruary when she turned 65. It has been since then that she has tried to move her pension to Alan Gray, through Aurora Sky Financial services. With no success. She has not have any money since that date. Please can a senior person from Alexander Forbes phone her. It has taken then all that time to respond that they can't get a tax directive. Her number is ***.
