Taking more money than they should!!

<aybe this will get someones attention!! I have structure insurance with Alexander Forbes / Momentum. WE are in the process of purchasing a new house, and called Them for a QUOTATION ONLY on structure insurance for the new house so I can submit it to the attorneys. I was given a quote, and assured it will only be active once Registration has taken place.. When I looked at my debit orders, more than double of my usual amount was debited. My original amount: R 653.22 The debited amount: R 1 596.30. the difference is R 943.08. I have been trying to get hold of ANYONE who can reimburse me IMMEDIATELY, but absolutely no one is capable of assisting me!!! But let me be late on any payments and the entire company will be on my case!!!!!! I need the difference to be paid back to me within 2 day!!!! i do not accept waiting 15 days for the reimbur*****t!!!!!
