Taking forever to receive my payout!
I have since been waiting for my provident fund to be paid out.I submitted all documents on time and was told that my funds will reflect in my bank account within 5-10 working days.I have not received anything as my fund is not paid out yet.When I reach out I am told that my claim is still with the authoriser and will be paid out.I am still waiting and now I need the funds urgently and I told them but seems like they don’t take me seriously.I am frustrated at this point !.
