Surplus payment
Struggling with surplus payment for 6months already. I have sent through the required documents and agents confirmed that paperwork is in order...payment being promised week after week and every time there is a new excuse. Marriage certificate not accepted? Really feel it is not worth the trouble of phoning or emailing anymore as communication is also very poor.
