Surplus Money not being paid in full

good day people , my name is Edward Gopane . I have been battling to get assistance from Alexander Forbes . My account was credited with R1055.79 WHICH I RECEIVED FOR MY SURPLUS FUND WITH NO EXPLANATION as to how IT ended in such money , I have been asking for a full statement to see what is really due to me but with no assistance , Christmas is around the corner and I don't have any money to supply my family with anything . The saddest part is that they informed me that I have a lot of money that they have for me now yet I don't have anything to show and I have not received any proper answers from them except the R1055.79 HOW CAN THEY DO THIS TO ME ? HOW can I rely on them . can anybody assist me .
