*********** Superiors

I’ve been out of work since July 2024 and some part was due to my previous company not sending in my things on time but then everything was sent to Alexander Forbes and for 3 months I’ve been waiting for my money to be released and nothing happened. My previous employer went through section 14 and my claim was cancelled, company was done with section 14 beginning of December and other payments to other ex employees were done but mine was skipped somehow so I called to ask and they said they were not aware that it hasn’t gone through, I asked to change banking details before they can finalise payment and I was told yes you can and I was sent all documents and I filled them in and sent back to Alex Forbes I have to call them countless time to get feedback and also has my issue escalated with superiors who promise to call and give feedback back but they never do because they don’t care. 13 days ago I was told payment was approved and I asked to confirm banks and to my surprise they sent to the wrong banks but luckily I caught it in time and asked them to check their system because I had changed banking details. Its the 24th of December and till today I am on the phone begging for my money to be released as this was not my fault. At this point I am upset with how *********** the superiors at Alex Forbes are also how they do not care about their clients
