SUPA BAD SERVICE

I have bee trying to get my retirement annuity certificate since the beginning of Jan but have had any luck.. Everything i get transferred the call centre agents that has answered speaks so shortly or there is just dead air and one is left with no option of dropping the call after holding on so many mins. Tried registering on the website .. creating a password is horrible it states below i have done that so many times and its not working The password complexity requirements are as follows: Password is Case SEnsiTIve. Your password may not start or end with a space.
