If they was a rating less then 1 star I would select it , I made a withdrawal no feedback no nothing I’ve sent a lot of emails and complaints with no response, I’m being kicked out of my own house because of you’ll

My ex colleague and I have the same issue he submitted on hello Peter he received a call from the complaint department in less then 2 hours of submission on hello Peter and he got a complaint reference number via email. I’ve waited almost 48 hours with no response I didn’t even get a complaint reference number.

2ndly no communication was given to me by COB on Friday as promised meaning the company does not honour its word to clients which also means they is no transparency in the organisation
