STILL WAITING PAYMENT

I have resigned on the 16th of May 2023 which i filled in my documents and sent it away for approval. June they contacted me i need to refill in my documents as they havent received my things. i then refilled the documents and sent it away once again for the second time. On the 19th of July Nondumiso mailed me to say they have received my claim they awaiting my previous employer to upload my documents online. i contacted my previous employer and advised them to do so which they did. I have been doing follow ups since then almost every second day. Today i called again and yet they want me to fill out the documents for the 3rd time, im furious and frustrated im not interested in what they have to say all i want is my money that is it. My case has been escalated so many times i cant remember, debts are currently growing of the interest being added because of no payment waiting on Alexander Forbes payment.
